Strawberry Gimlet
To create this delicious cocktail, all you'll need is;
- 50ml Elderflower & Strawberry Mint Gin
- 25ml lime juice
- 12.5ml gomme
- 2 muddled strawberries
Once you've got your ingredients;
- Muddle the strawberries in the bottom of the cocktail shaker before adding all of the ingredients
- Shake until chilled (10 secs)
- Double strain into a champagne coupe
- Garnish with a lime twist
