The Garden Forager G&T
A refreshing twist on the classic G&T, featuring homegrown or foraged botanicals for an earthy, herbal hit.

Ingredients:
- 50ml Secret Garden Wild Gin
 - 150ml tonic water (preferably from a sustainable brand)
 - Handful of foraged or homegrown herbs (rosemary, thyme, or mint)
 - Dehydrated citrus wheel (from leftover lemon/lime peels)
 - Ice
 

Method:
- Fill a glass with ice and add the gin.
 - Pour over the tonic water and gently stir.
 - Garnish with fresh herbs and a dehydrated citrus wheel.

The Citrus Peel Spritz
A zesty, refreshing drink that puts leftover citrus peels to good use.

Ingredients:
- 50ml Secret Garden Lemon Verbena Gin
 - 20ml citrus-infused honey syrup (made from honey and leftover citrus peels)
 - 100ml sparkling water
 - Ice
 - Twist of orange or lemon peel
 

Method:
- To make the syrup, simmer citrus peels in a mix of equal parts water and honey for 5 minutes, then strain.
 - Fill a glass with ice and add the gin and syrup.
 - Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
 - Garnish with a fresh citrus twist.

Garden Martini
A waste-free take on the martini, using leftover herb stems for a subtle botanical boost.

Ingredients:
- 60ml Secret Garden Wild Gin
 - 10ml dry vermouth
 - Herb-infused brine (made from leftover herb stems and pickling liquid)
 - Ice
 - Herb sprig (for garnish)
 

Method:
- Muddle leftover herb stems in a jar with a splash of pickling liquid. Let infuse for 24 hours.
 - Stir the gin, vermouth, and a dash of herb-infused brine over ice.
 - Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a herb sprig.

The Wildflower Collins
Inspired by the botanicals of the Secret Garden, this floral Collins is a true taste of nature.

Ingredients:
- 50ml Secret Garden Elderflower & Jasmine Gin
 - 25ml lemon juice
 - 15ml wildflower syrup (made from foraged or homegrown edible flowers)
 - 100ml soda water
 - Ice
 - Edible flowers (for garnish)
 

Method:
- To make wildflower syrup, simmer edible flowers in a mix of equal parts sugar and water, then strain.
 - Fill a tall glass with ice and add gin, lemon juice, and syrup.
 - Top with soda water and stir.
 - Garnish with an edible flower
