Free delivery on all orders over £50. This is automatically applied at checkout.
We offer standard next day delivery via DPD. Orders placed online will be processed the following day. Our production facility is closed on a Saturday and Sunday, therefore an order placed on Friday will not be processed until Monday. Please therefore allow 2-4 working days from the date of order. Delivery will be made by our courier at any time Monday to Friday. Please note we do not offer weekend or bank holiday deliveries.

To guarantee a Christmas delivery, orders must be placed by 18th December. Any order placed after this date will be shipped in January 2023. We are closed from 21st December 2022 returning on the 4th January 2023. Any orders received when we are closed will be actioned on our return.

Unfortunately, we only deliver within mainland UK.
WHAT SHIPPING ADDRESSES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently only deliver to mainland UK.
CAN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT TO THE BILLING ADDRESS?
You can set up a different shipping address to your billing address. To do this, simply enter the desired delivery address during the checkout process.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Standard Orders: You will receive your order within 2-4 working days. We endeavour to process and ship the product the day after an order is placed. For example, an order placed on a Monday will be processed on the Tuesday and arrive on the Wednesday. Please note our production facility is closed on a Saturday and Sunday therefore an order placed on Friday will be processed on the Monday for delivery on Tuesday. All deliveries will be made by our chosen courier at any time Monday through to Friday. We do not deliver at weekends of bank holidays.
Gin Club Orders: The first box you order will be shipped within a week of placing the order. We process the Gin Club orders on a Monday so they will generally be shipped out on Monday for Tuesday delivery. The cut off for the Gin Club is the 25th of the month. If you place an order after this date, you will receive the next month Gin Club box. For example, if you place an order on the 25th of November, you will receive the December Gin Club box. All deliveries will be made by our chosen courier at any time Monday through to Friday. We do not deliver at weekends of bank holidays.
For monthly subscriptions, we take payment on the first of the month and endeavour to send this out as soon as possible thereafter. Please note that at this time of year, it can take longer to be sent out as the gin can take longer to infuse and our production and couriers can be overwhelmed with orders. HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?
Standard Orders: Each order is packaged in a brown unmarked shipping box. We have switched from plastic packing tape to paper and our shipping material only consist of paper which is recyclable.
Gin Club and Hampers: These product boxes are of postable quality. They are packed in a Gin Club / Hamper box with slip sleeve. This package is then placed in a compostable bag to reduce our packaging material.
CAN I ADD A GIFT MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?
You can add a gift message online either in your cart or at checkout. The gift message features on the packing slip.
I HAVE ORDERED A GIFT VOUCHER, HOW IS THIS SENT TO ME?
All gift vouchers are electronic. You will receive an email with the gift voucher value and verification code. This verification code is required to redeem the gift voucher in the shop at Secret Herb Garden or online at secretgardendistillery.co.uk.
HOW LONG ARE GIFT VOUCHERS VALID FOR?
Gift vouchers are valid a year from purchase. For tours, in the unlikely event that we are unable to satisfy your required dates, you can ask for an extension by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
