Garden Spring Collins
To create this delicious cocktail, all you'll need is;
- 50ml Wild Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Elderflower Cordial
- 20ml Rhubarb Puree
Once you've got your ingredients;
- Shake and strain all the ingredients (except the soda) over cubed ice into a hi-ball glass
- Top with soda
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a mint sprig
