One of the easiest cocktails to make at home and we have many recipes for Negronis here on this blog - however Secret Garden Distillery now produces two key ingredients for a Negroni and the Kelp Restaurant in Glasgow teamed up with us for their winter menu to produce a Winter Negroni using the luxury Winter Gin that replaced our popular Christmas Gin and our new Vermouth Rosso - a sweet vermouth also made from the Pinot Noir grapes grown in our Edinburgh Distillery Glasshouse and mugwort hand-harvested from the Garden.
Ingredients:
Once you've got your ingredients;
- Stir over ice, strain
- Rocks Glass, Large ice cube
- Garnish: Orange peel
Here at Secret Garden Distillery, we are fond of Negroni's but made with our Pinot Noir Gin it has always been truly something special. In fact - we thought "why not make two of the ingredients for a negroni to take it to the next level". Thus the Vermouth Rosso was born.
