To create this delicious cocktail, all you'll need is; 

• 50ml Wild Secret Garden Gin 
• Splash of simple syrup 
• 10ml lemon juice 
• @stanlakepark Rose Superior 

Once you've got your ingredients;

1. Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin into a cocktail shaker then fill up with ice.
2. Shake well then strain into a flute.
3. Top with sparkling wine, leave to settle then fill up with more.
4. Garnish with some citrus peel.
