- 50ml Wild Secret Garden Gin
- Splash of simple syrup
- 10ml lemon juice
- @stanlakepark Rose Superior
- Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin into a cocktail shaker then fill up with ice.
- Shake well then strain into a flute.
- Top with sparkling wine, leave to settle then fill up with more.
- Garnish with some citrus peel.
