This winter season, this is one of the perfect gifts for gin lovers. Our best-selling Christmas gin is now not just for Christmas! With the introduction of our new bespoke bottles in 2024 we have taken the opportunity to re-craft our extremely popular Christmas gin, originally sold in our 50cl old red glassware. It has won a Gold medal in the Luxury Spirits Masters in October 2024 in the ultra-premium gin category.
This luxury gin represents all the taste and aroma we associate with Christmas and the colder months of the year. We achieve this by using distilled Cinnamon, Ginger and Cardamom blended with the core botanicals of our base gin: Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root and Winter Savory to create a gin that is naturally warming on a cold winters day. Rich, spicy notes, with a warm depth of flavour capture the essence of the season.

What is Winter Gin?
Our festive Winter gin is a contemporary style of gin where our base gin distillate with added orange peel is mixed with distilled Cinnamon, Ginger and Cardamom to give those warm spicy notes that are perfect for the colder months of the year.
This gin is a re-invention of our famous Christmas gin. It is clear and we've added more cinnamon notes in addition to spicy orange notes to really capture the magic of this season. We re-named it Winter gin because it is too good to just be for Christmas.
Winter gin pairs especially well with citrus and fruity flavours, and can be used in a variety of drinks. So whether you're making a refreshing Gin and Tonic or a steaming hot toddy on a cold winters evening this is the perfect gin for you.
Our original formulation of the Christmas gin created a coloured gin using petals added after the distillation to create an all-natural colour. However after feedback from our customers about the fading of the colour over time we took the opportunity to create a crystal clear gin in our new bottle with our beautiful winter artwork.
