Taste: Juniper and coriander with subtle fresh herbaceous and floral notes from the Winter Savory and Lavender
Finish: A fresh, floral dry finish 

Available in this handy tasting size. Lavender and Echinacea are distilled separately to create single distillates. These are then blended with the base gin of Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root and Winter Savoury, carefully balancing the delicate aromas and flavours. Dark violets, hollyhocks and Rose petals are added to impart their wonderfully natural colour. There are no added sugars, artificial colourings, flavourings or additives….just nature distilled.

This is a truly MAGIC gin! It changes colour when you add tonic or soda.

Perfect Serve: Lavender and Echinacea is best served with light tonic and a lime garnish.
