2-4 working days from the date of order. Note that we CANNOT accept deliveries to PO Boxes as DPD refuses to deliver.

Local Pick Up - Free

You can opt to pick up your order from our Shop from the next working day during our Shop opening hours. We are open every day from 11am-4pm but note we are closed for our Christmas break from 22nd December 2025 to 4th January 2026 inclusive.

Returns Policy

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt.

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse. However, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return.
