We're back for 2025!

We are so excited to welcome tours and visitors back to the Distillery Gardens and Shop as we reopen after our festive break.  It's lovely to see people braving the cold to take a stroll through our beautiful gardens, learn about the process of making our unique premium luxury gin, stocking up on favourite spirits in our Shop and enjoying delicious baking and coffee in the Cafe.

Even though our Garden is hibernating over the winter season, our garden team is busy (if somewhat cold) and you can read about what's going on in the Garden here.

December was a very busy month in production and for our sales team as online demand and demand from bars using our special gins and Vermouth in their festive cocktails was intense. Kelp Restaurant in Glasgow featured a winter negroni, Glasgow's premium gin bar at Finnieston Restaurant created The Regal Garden and Porter Rye's Porter Sparkliatio was popular amongst celebratory guests over the Christmas period. If you're reading this and thinking "I'd like to try some of these easy cocktails to make at home" you will find the recipes in our Cocktails blog here.

Kelp Restaurant in Glasgow offered Secret Garden Negronis featuring Winter Gin and Secret Gardens Vermouth Rosso in their Winter cocktail menu. Twist on a classic gin cocktail a Pinot Noir Negroni
But the Christmas season is over and with many of our customers enjoying a Dry January you might expect us to be stock-taking and tidying our warehouse. But no, we've had a number of large export orders come through and an amazing tie-up in the UK which we can't quite talk about yet but we certainly are all hands on deck getting it ready for April. So it's business as usual here.
Did you receive a tour voucher as a Christmas gift? Now’s the perfect time to use it! Book your tour today and get a behind-the-scenes look at how our handcrafted spirits are made. If you would like to book a tour with a voucher or without one please book on with us here.
