Why? Because we wanted to highlight the purity and craftsmanship behind the liquid itself — distilled from hand-harvested elderflower and jasmine, with no added sugars or artificial colourings, just as nature intended.
But then... you wrote to us.

We’re thrilled to announce that our naturally pink gin is back — and it’s more radiant than ever.
Thanks to your feedback, we’ve reintroduced the soft pink hue that made Elderflower & Jasmine one of our most beloved gins. And this time, we’ve adjusted our method to keep the colour from fading too quickly in the bottle — while still keeping it 100% natural.
By enhancing the infusion of rose and dark violet petals from our Distillery Garden, we’ve deepened the colour and ensured better stability — so it stays beautiful, naturally.

Here’s where the magic happens: when you mix our gin with tonic or lemonade, it transforms from blush to vibrant pink — right before your eyes.
🔬 So, what causes this enchanting change?
It’s all down to anthocyanins — the natural pigments found in the petals we infuse. Anthocyanins are pH-sensitive, meaning they react to the acidity of mixers. When the gin meets a fizzy tonic or lemonade (which are both slightly acidic), the pH shifts, and the pigment responds — deepening the pink tone and creating a colour-changing effect that’s entirely natural.
No synthetic colourings. No gimmicks. Just nature doing what it does best.
