We are delighted to finally unveil our brand new Limited Edition Pinot Noir Gin made exclusively with grapes grown naturally and hand harvested in our very own Secret Garden in Scotland.
Our Pinot Noir gin is a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes and is rich in fragrance with notes of succulent red fruits. Although these grape varieties are often associated with the Champagne region in France, it is a marvel that they have thrived in our own glasshouse in the unpredictable Scottish climate. The ability to craft this gin is a true reflection of our gardener's horticultural prowess and our distillers creativity.
The grapes are hand harvested, treadled and blended through the base gin of Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root and Winter Savory. Following this, the liquid is racked, settled and then filtered several times before bottling, with all of the colour and flavour coming from the grape jus. As with all of our other products, these bottles are full of natural flavours and aromas with no added sugars, artificial colourings, flavourings or additives.
