The Secret Garden White Negroni : A twist within a twist

The White Negroni is a refreshing spin on the classic Negroni gin cocktail, originally created by British bartender Wayne Collins in 2001. Collins' innovative recipe replaced the traditional red vermouth with dry vermouth and the usual Campari with Suze, a French bitter liqueur. This lighter, more herbaceous variation quickly gained popularity.

Subsequently San Francisco bartender Josh Harris added his own take on Collins' creation, using blanc vermouth and Bitter Bianco for a unique balance of bitterness and sweetness.

The best thing is that this is a really easy gin cocktail you can make at home.  And, we've crafted our own Secret Garden Twist on the White Negroni, celebrating the fresh, floral notes of our own botanicals in our award-winning gins. Here's how to make it:

Secret Garden White Negroni Recipe

🍸 25ml Secret Garden Wild Gin (or Summer or Elderflower & Jasmine)
🍸 25ml Vermouth Bianco
🍸 25ml Bitter Bianco

Method:

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

2. Add all ingredients and stir until well-chilled.

3. Strain into a chilled glass over a large ice cube.

4. Garnish with a twist of lemon for a zesty finish.
