Rose & Apple Sour

To create this delicious cocktail, all you'll need is; 

• 40ml Secret Garden Rose Gin 
• 20ml Apple Juice
• 20ml Lemon Juice 
• 10cl Sugar syrup 
• 25ml Egg white 

Once you've got your ingredients;

1.  Dry shake egg white to create foam
2.  Add rest of the ingredients and shake 
3. Double strain over ice cubes into a Rocks Glass 
4. Garnish: Apple fan (or Turkish Delight)
5. Enjoy!
