Rose and Raspberry Sour

To create this delicious cocktail, all you'll need is;
- 60ml Zephirine Rose gin
- 30ml lime juice
- 20ml raspberry syrup
- 1/2 egg white
- Dry shake hard, then add some ice and wet shake until shaker is frosty.
- Double strain
- Serve with dried rose petal garnish.
