This special cocktail was created for our 2023 Harvest Party celebrating our Pinot Noir Gin. Easy to make and a real hit with our guests. We tied Baby's Breath around each glass for that extra touch.
INGREDIENTS:
- 37.5 ml Pinot Noir Gin (46%ABV)
- 50ml Rose Wine
- 12.5ml Grape Syrup
- Topped with a sparkling wine
METHOD:
- Use a Coupe glass (decorated with Baby's breath for a WOW factor)
- Build gin, rose wine and grape syrup into the glass
- Top with sparkling wine
- Serve
