Raspberry Razzmatazz
How to make:
To make this fruity concoction you’ll need to combine the following ingredients in a shaker; 50 ml Gin, 25 ml Dry Vermouth, 1 Egg White, 15 ml Lemon Juice, and 15 ml of Raspberry Jam. Add cold ice to the shaker and shake well. Strain and pour into the cocktail glass of your choice, and garnish with fresh raspberries.
Earl Grey Martini
How to make:
Infuse an Earl Grey tea bag in 50 ml of Gin for 10 minutes, then add 25 ml lemon juice. Combine water and sugar to make sugar syrup, and add 25 ml of the combination to the cocktail, alongside 1 egg white. Shake the mixture without ice in order to emulsify the egg, then add cold ice and shake once again. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass and enjoy!

How to make:
You’ll only need a few ingredients to make this lovely cocktail, most of which can be found very easily. Combine into a shaker, 50 ml of Gin, 25 ml Cointreau, 15 ml Lemon Juice, and ½ Egg White. Make sure not to add ice to the shaker to allow the foam to be created from the egg white emulsifying. After a dry shake, and cold ice and shake once again. Fine strain the mixture into a glass and add a lemon peel garnish.
Apple & Elderflower Party Delight
How to make:
This cocktail recipe is perfect for a big get together, as it serves 8 people! In a shaker, mix together the following ingredients with cold ice. Mix together 250 ml of Gin and 200 ml of Elderflower Cordial. Pour into 8 glasses and top with Fresh Apple Juice and Ice, and garnish with Apple slices.

How to make:
To the last of our gin cocktails for Mother’s Day you’ll need to pack your shaker with cold ice for the following ingredients: 30 ml of Gin, 15 ml of Peach Brandy, 15 ml of Lemon Juice, and 1 Egg white if you want a lovely white foam, but you can leave it out if you desire. Strain into a glass and garnish with your choice of fresh fruit!
