To create this delicious cocktail, all you'll need is;
- 50ml Orange blossom Gin
- 25ml Blood orange juice (regular orange as substitute)
- Top with Sparkling Wine
Once you've got your ingredients;
- Fill Hi-ball glass with cubed ice, build gin and juice in glass, mix with a bar spoon until combined.
- Top with sparkling wine
- Garnish- sprig of thyme and a blood orange slice
